**Key Responsibilities:**
– Talent Sourcing: Identify and recruit talented videographers to join the Releasur platform, with a focus on the NYC area.
– Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with videographers remotely, providing support throughout the onboarding process.
– Networking: Penetrate film communities and online platforms to expand our network of videographers.

**Requirements:**
– Proficient in English.
– Previous experience in talent scouting or a related field.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
