As our Content Creator, you’ll be the driving force behind our content creation process. Your primary responsibility will be to craft viral content that captivates our audience and sets the internet abuzz. You’ll work closely with our team of video editors to ensure the final output aligns perfectly with our vision. Your creative insights will guide our content team, ensuring we maintain a consistent and impactful content calendar.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies for creating viral content that engages and expands our audience.
• Utilize viral content hooks effectively to capture audience attention and encourage sharing.
• Collaborate closely with video editors to achieve the desired final product, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Lead and manage a team of content creators and video editors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Monitor content performance and adapt strategies as necessary to maximize reach and engagement.

To clarify, we do not need you to create the reels yourself. What we need from you are concepts and ideas that will go viral.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of creating viral content that engages a wide audience.
• Deep understanding of content hooks and strategies to capture audience attention.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to rapid changes in content trends.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

What We Offer:
• A starting rate of $5/hour with the opportunity for a promotion to Content Manager within 1-2 weeks, based on performance.
