Perfect candidates:
– Proven ability to act as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
– Social media enthusiast up to date on trends and content creation tools.
– Comfortability with video editing and design for social media, eBooks, lead magnets etc.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently and follow directions.
– Familiarity with eCommerce and web design (Shopify, WordPress)
– Fast Speed Internet Connection and Computer
– Ability to work EST Hours
– Strong analytical skills using historical data to make better decisions for future content.
Parts of Your Job:
1. Content Creation:
– **Track Viral Trends and stay on top of the hottest ones, seizing them to master speedy content creation, and turning them into amazing content in no time!
– **Create and Repurpose eye-catching, captivating content and captions leaving clients in awe across all platforms.. Your goal is to craft visually stunning and irresistibly engaging content that matches the brand’s unique style and repurpose them as needed.
-**Craft captivating tales that will leave readers on the edge of their seats as the mastermind behind our blog, email, and newsletters.
3. Video Editing:
– **Produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and other promotional purposes that align seamlessly with the brand’s standards.
– **Repurpose a diverse array of video and static imagery from photography to short video clips – and turning them into captivating content.
– **Transform videos into YT shorts, Reels/TikTok’s or turn TikTok’s into tweets, threads, LinkedIn posts, Facebook posts etc.
4. Social Media Management:
-**Engage and respond across all social platforms with followers and group members, making sure they feel like VIPs and are well taken care of in messages and comments.
-** Upload High-Quality Content: Bring our brand to life by producing and uploading captivating contentment that align seamlessly with our standards.
-**Clean socials and websites by regularly reviewing and moderating comments.
5. PDF and Lead Magnet Creation:
– **Create mind-blowing PDFs, eBooks, and lead magnets that look stunning and perfectly capture the essence of the brand. Your creations will be a visual feast that effectively communicates important messages, leaving the audience craving for more.
