Viral Video / Talent Search Coordinator

– Details on the outcome of the work:
– Find viral videos specific to various niches through social media such as TikTok and Instagram. (Niche examples: cooking, sports, cars, fashion, etc.)
– Find talent (people) on social media that meet a list of specific criteria to be featured in future videos. (Specific criteria example: Men that are cooking Italian food)
– Copy/paste video URL links and video details in our project management platform.
– Come up with/create video titles.
– We require minimum 2-5 videos/talents uploaded per hour.

– Skills and knowledge required:
– Proven experience in finding viral videos related to a specific niche within social media platforms TikTok and Instagram.
– Keen ability to search, collect, organize, and analyze data from social media platforms.
– Has a creative, think-outside-the-box ability to conduct research successfully.
– Prior experience using Trello and Slack is a plus but not required.
– Looking for someone who is a good communicator, is self-motivated, resilient, resourceful, and manages their time effectively.

– Work schedule and pay:
– This is currently a part-time role: 3 hours per day, or total 21 hours per week. ( Likely to increase depending on the quality of your work.
– Pay is $2-4 per hour depending on your experience.
– Must be willing to undergo a 1 week trial run, which will be paid at the normal pay rate mentioned above. During the 1 week trial run, we will work closely together to try and optimize your workflow and quality of output with the hopes that you will be hired on permanently.
– During the 1 week trial, must be available to work the 3 hours sometime during 9am-5pm PHT time. Upon successful hire, your work hours can be flexible with the exception of occasional meetings and/or new training.
