Our focus is streamlining profits for the distillery, brewery, and winery industry through an artisanal blend of CFO/Accounting/Tax expertise so you can savor every entrepreneurial moment.
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team and make an impact on our firm and our clients! The successful candidate will help us serve our growing client base and be responsible for new client on-boarding, problem-solving, monthly processing, payroll, payroll taxes, and sales tax returns while working with our existing clients to improve their business.

We are looking for an accountant that can:
• Handle new client on-boarding including problem-solving
• Handle inventory analysis and entries as well as COGS analysis
• Create adjusting and accrual entries as needed based on client needs
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts such as Prepaid Expenses and Accruals and investigate any inaccuracies
• Ensure that all asset and liability accounts are reconciled monthly
• Research and resolve problems as encountered or requested
• May involve communicating with clients regarding concerns with their books and assisting them with simple tax and accounting questions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of accounting experience preferred, this can include bookkeeping experience – entering bills, cash receipts, deposits, accruals, bank and credit card reconciliations, and payroll. Familiar with Sales Tax.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
Preferred if Certified Public Accountant(CPA)
Must understand inventory tracking, adjustments, and COGS analysis
Experience with QuickBooks Online is a big plus
Team player, analytical, and problem solver with a positive attitude and great attention to detail
Must pass a background check
