Job Description

We are a dynamic transportation company seeking a skilled Philippine CPA to join us as an Accounting Administrator/Bookkeeper. This role involves supporting our day-to-day accounting tasks remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include coding and posting invoices, reconciling vendor statements, communicating with vendors and customers via email, conducting expense analysis, and managing the payment process from start to finish. Additionally, you will handle virtual invoice filing and other administrative tasks as needed to assist our Finance team. Access to our network will be provided through a virtual remote desktop on your computer.
Key Responsibilities:
Code and post invoices
Reconcile vendor statements
Email vendors and customers
Perform expense analysis
Oversee the payment process from initiation to completion
Virtually file invoices
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and Outlook/Gmail
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable with email correspondence with customers and vendors
Work Schedule:
We are based in Ontario, Canada (EST). This is a permanent part-time position requiring availability for 20-25 hours per week during our standard business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Typical shifts could be from 8 AM to 1 PM or 1 PM to 5 PM EST, 4-5 days a week, with flexibility based on mutual agreement.
