Accounting solutionZ is looking for a Virtual – Accounting Intern who is willing to add value and be part of a growing company.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Hi, we are Andy and Kasia of Accounting solutionZ! We are a Chicago-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our client’s books clean, organized, and up to date.
What we look for:
– Someone who is taking up BS Accountancy
– Proficient in English (Oral & written)
– Excellent communication
– Part-time availability (20-30hours per week but will be full-time once graduated)
– Capable of working from Monday to Friday, Saturday if needed
– Capable of working from 7am CST (8pm PST) onwards
– Able to start immediately
– Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment
– Has computer/Laptop with dual monitor
– Has at least 20mbps internet speed
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
– Data entry
– Journal entry
– Bank & credit card reconciliations
– Accounts payable
– Accounts receivable
– Payroll processing
– State sales tax
– Cleanup of accounts
– Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
– Help with financial reporting
What’s in it for you?
– $3 per hour
– After 3 months of probationary:
> Plus up to $1 on an hourly rate (Depends on performance)
> Plus 25% on the hourly rate for OT (After 40 hours/ week)
> 30 minutes daily paid break (If worked 40 hours/ week)
> 10-30 paid days off (Yearly & prorated)
> 10 paid holidays (Yearly)
> Quarterly bonuses (At the company’s discretion)
> Annual Increase
As a Virtual – Accounting Intern, you can be assigned to a wide array of accounting/bookkeeping tasks. The ones listed above are only some of the possible tasks that you will be handling.
