We are a real estate investment company seeking compassionate, service-oriented individuals to assist us in providing exceptional service for our potential clients. We currently have an immediate opening for an ambitious, rock-star Acquisitions Manager who can produce results and close deals!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to inbound leads and prospects via multiple channels (SMS, SEO, Cold Calling, RVM, direct mail, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective management of potential deals
• Consistently follow up with leads in the pipeline and be persistent with communication.
• Engage directly with off-market sellers to negotiate and extend purchase offers for their properties on behalf of our company
• Establish trust and build strong relationships with sellers, leveraging your negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure contracts
• Diligently use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, ensuring that every detail of contact and negotiation is tracked and accessible
• Consistently close a high percentage of qualified leads and get the contract signed
• Be willing and available to take 20+ hours of calls per week and be willing to prospect multiple leads daily
• Maintain company records and tracking systems
• Meet and exceed company quotas
• Help move deals towards closing
• Provide feedback for lead analysis on factors that may impact purchase price (acreage/ sq. ft, surrounding area, topography, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
• High Speed Internet connection (required)
• Real Estate experience: 1-3 years (Required)
• Sales experience: 2 years (Required)
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• U.S. work authorization (Required)
• Go High Level CRM experience (Preferred)
• Proficient in English (required) and Spanish (Preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
• Extremely strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments
• Strong attention to detail
• Competitive and results-driven
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to quickly build rapport and long-lasting relationships
