Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Virtual Assistant with experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support, and Email Management. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to assist customers effectively and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Provide top-notch Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction.
– Perform Administrative Support tasks including data entry, file management, and scheduling.
– Manage Email Communication, ensuring timely responses and organization.
– Oversee Social Media Management, including content creation and scheduling posts.
– Create and maintain Process Documentation for various workflows.
– Design basic graphics and visuals for social media and marketing materials.
– Handle CRM Management to keep client information organized and up-to-date.
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments using applications like Service Auto Pilot and Calendly.

Requirements:
– Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation.
– Proficient in Time Management and capable of multitasking effectively.
– Technical proficiency in using various online tools and applications.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries.
– Familiarity with Service Auto Pilot and Calendly is a plus.
– Willing to work 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET
