Job Description:

We are looking for As a Virtual Assistant, you will manage client communications, schedule appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Your contribution will help us maintain our reputation as a responsive and customer-oriented company.

Responsibilities:
– Client Communication: Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Ensure all communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
– ?Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars for multiple team members. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage reschedules and cancellations as needed.
– Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content on our social media platforms. Track engagement and feedback to help shape future content strategies.
– ?Website Content Updates: Maintain and update website content as directed, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects our offerings and news.
– Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file management, report preparation, and other tasks as needed to support team operations.

Requirements:
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
?Proficient in using Microsoft/Google Office applications and social media platforms and familiar with basic website management tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Previous experience in a virtual assistant or similar role is preferred.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
