Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team remotely. This position will start part time (20-25 hours/week) with the ability to evolve into full time as our company continues to grow. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and smooth workflow by handling various administrative tasks and assisting with day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, proficient in administrative tasks, and capable of working independently in a virtual environment. Experience with Google suite, manychat, & shopify highly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

Communication Management: Efficiently handle our google and Facebook review and other correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Create, update, and maintain various documents, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Data Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining data, files, and records, ensuring proper categorization, labeling, storage, and email deletion.
Research and Reporting: Conduct research on various topics, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
Task Prioritization: Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines, and requests to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:

Proven Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant is highly desirable.
Excellent Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using virtual communication tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in administrative tasks and documentation.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Confidentiality: Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a virtual environment, across different time zones if necessary, and adapt to evolving work requirements.
Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude while interacting with stakeholders.
