Virtual Admin Assistant

We need our Admin Assistant to be exceptionally meticulous. They will be asked to edit documents and work in data entry, reviewing paperwork looking for potential mistakes, and responding to clients’ inquiries. We also need them to be strong multi-taskers when on the job. From preparing special reports to updating forms and sheets, they will be asked to perform a number of administrative duties throughout the day.

Key Roles:

• Manage and organize all digital and physical documentation
• Maintain clients’ database (document management, compilation, distribution, and storage)
• Prepare, review, and edit client paperwork
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all digital paperwork
• Perform various administrative tasks throughout the day
• Efficient time management
• Other additional tasks that would be assigned by the managers

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience or relevant role
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with current technologies and software
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Experience exercising judgment and discretion with sensitive/confidential information
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type:

Part-time (4 hours a day) / Monday to Friday,
Full Time (8 hours a day) Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm
Time Zone: Pacific Standard/Daylight Time – Vancouver, Canada Time
