Shift: MORNING SHIFT – Monday – Friday (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PACIFIC TIME) or in Philippine Time: 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM
About the company:
We are a small but fast growing company that runs short term rentals (STRs), aka Airbnbs in several states. We also have long term rentals (LTRs) and are always adding new ventures.
About the role:
You will be working closely with our existing administrative assistant reporting mostly to her, liaising with our other contractors and occasionally directly with the CEO. Your role will be largely a combination of working on back end organizational things (like creating, maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures) on your own, and interfacing with guests, tenants and clients (via phone, and email/text).
Responsibilities:
Create, follow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Use G Suite applications, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
Make and set appointments by calling with Openphone, Skype etc.
Use Guesty/OwnerRez and other STR applications, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and .
Use Rankbreeze and Pricelabs
Use Trello to track projects and tasks.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
With minimum 1 year experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
Must have experience in using project management apps like Trello, Asana, etc.
Customer support experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with G Suite applications is a plus.
Experience with Guesty, OwnerRez and other STR applications is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work morning shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PACIFIC TIME).
Ability to call and set appointments using OpenPhone.
