About Us:

We are a dynamic team managing a salon and a barbershop business, based in Perth Australia. We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our businesses’ operational needs and enhancing our efficiency.

The Role:

As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth business operations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the linchpin of our businesses, coordinating between our teams, customers, and various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking Management: Efficiently assist with our online booking system and the scheduling that takes place on an ongoing basis. coordinatoing staff and customers and various length appointments.
Admin Tasks: Utilize a range of applications to support our business needs.
Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian customers. Fluent English and confidence in communication are essential.
Tech Proficiency: Competent in using, or quickly learning, various apps and tools including WordPress, Canva, Gmail, Google Drive, Timely (), Excel, and PDF forms.
Email Management: Organize and respond to emails effectively.
Project Management: Coordinate and track various projects, ensuring timely completion.
Form Filling and Submission: Handle important documents like lease applications and executions.
Your Skills and Attributes:

Fluent in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Adept at using a variety of software and applications.
Proactive: Ability to work independently, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions.
Organized: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Problem Solver: Capable of working with minimal guidance and finding solutions efficiently.
Team Player: Excellent at collaborating through text-based communication and online project management tools.
