Hours will be approximately from 9am – 1pm or 10am EST – 2pm EST.

– Starting at $6.00 / hour payable weekly via Payoneer
– Paid day off on National Heroes’ Day (in the Philippines) every year, Christmas Day, and your birthday, as long as you work as
scheduled on the weekday immediately before and immediately after each of those days.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to work directly with the President & Agency Director to manage schedules and communications.

You must be versatile and can accurately, promptly, and professionally handle tasks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

— Manage communications on social media (LinkedIN, Instagram, Facebook)
— Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with no overlap or conflicts
— BE PROACTIVE.
— Communicate with talent and clients.
— See assigned projects through to completion without having to be reminded.
— Maintain project details in our project management software.
— Respond to social media inquiries.
— Create PROFESSIONAL email communications at all times, treating everyone equally as professionally.
— Perform your duties and interactions with the company’s mission, vision, and values at the center.
— Provide reliable administrative support during live events and virtual meetings
— Complete tasks and projects with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality without having to be reminded.
— Support the President & Agency Director with calendar reminders, task reminders, and deadline reminders.

SCHEDULE:
– Part-time employment: approximately 20 hours weekly
– Monday through Friday with the possibility of evening and weekend hours as needed
– Working weekends is NOT required
– When these United States of America holidays fall on a weekday, you will not have to work: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July.
– If Christmas Day or New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday, you will also have the following Monday off.

— Google Workspace & Related Software (Google Slides, Docs, Drive, Calendar)
— Outlook

— Zoom

COMPUTER HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
— PREFERRED but not required: Apple-based computer (iMac, MacBook, MacBook Air)
