Offer is at Php 23,000 take-home pay per month
Monday – Friday, 4:00 am, to 8:00 am, Manila Time

The client is a leading financial & wealth management firm striving to accelerate & consistently preserve clients’ wealth by offering timely comprehensive financial services, strategies, and coaching.
About the Role:
The Virtual Administrative Assistant will provide support for the Financial Advisor, assisting with office functions, account management, client service, and marketing. The right candidate must be skilled at client servicing, communication, researching, and is able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
CLIENT SERVICE
Prepare for appointments and portfolios at the direction of the Financial Advisor
Provide Market information or quotes to clients
Follow up on the necessary paperwork with calls/emails to clients
Respond to client inquiries on administrative questions
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Data entry and management of the firm’s CRM database
Email Management and organization
Calendar management and scheduling
Online Research
Management of phone calls
Filing and documentations
Bookkeeping and accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Management of the appointment set-up and confirmations
Management of the service requests, faxes, and emails
Ordering supplies and processing expenses
Travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels and arranging transportation
ACCOUNT PROCESSING
Processing and delivering all necessary paperwork for the clients or the Financial Advisor in a timely manner
Opening, closing and transferring accounts
Facilitating client onboarding process and nurturing client relationship by utilizing multiple technologies
Researching and continuously improving account operation procedures
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Marketing assistance (Newsletter mailings, Social media, SEO optimization & Public Relation related duties and etc.)
Follow up with prospects and clients
Social media management and possible content creation
Graphic design and video editing
PowerPoint slides creation and presentation
Promoting a wide variety of the financial services offered by the firm (portfolio management service, estate planning service, insurance, etc.)
Implementing client seminars or webinars
Event planning
Recruiting assistance
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in administrative and operations support preferably in financial service industry
Proactive approach to client service
Excellent organization skills
Extreme attention to details and the ability to work independently
Advanced written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
Outstanding telephone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without direction
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
Good knowledge of CRM system such as Redtail or Salesforce
Quick learner especially in adapting new technologies to the business processes
Successful completion of a background check, fingerprint screening and previous employment verification
Should have a broad-based knowledge of social media platforms
