Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support, with a primary focus on HR and compliance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in tasks involving Excel, Google Drive, and various administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Help organize and facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
Assist with benefits administration and HR-related documentation.
Compliance:
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance documentation.
Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments for the team.
Handle email correspondence, draft and edit documents, and prepare reports.
Perform data entry, data analysis, and generate reports using Excel.
Maintain and update company files and records.
General Support:
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and other relevant software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Understanding of HR and compliance principles is a plus.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Working Hours:
This is a remote position with flexible working hours. The candidate must be available for a set number of hours per week, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend work.
