1. BRIEF BACKGROUND OF THE COMPANY:
K&G Investments, LLC is a real estate solutions company based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. We’re a family-owned business that buys houses to rehab.
2. SKILLS:
– Steady, even-paced work to promote accuracy and quality of work
– High tolerance for daily repetitive tasks
– Organized and effectively manages his/her time to get priority and non-priority tasks done.
– High English proficiency level. Score result on the EF Set test of at least C1. Able to speak and understand English with ease, and feels comfortable listening to recordings or participating in meetings that demand full comprehension.
– High attention to detail and excellent accuracy with data entry.
– Technical/analytical focus. Able to work within established systems, standards, and procedures set in place. Able to provide input on how to improve and current procedures.
– Helpful, open & supportive communication with management and peers.
– Collaborative approach in a structured job environment.
– Real estate background and familiarity with industry terms are a plus, but not required.
– Ongoing training will be provided.
TOOLS & APPLICATIONS KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS POSITION:
– Canva
– Google applications, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets and Google Photos.
– Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
– Dropbox
– Zoom for team meetings and Slack for team communications.
– Zapier integration proficiency is a plus!
– Hubstaff to track and monitor daily work activity. Upon hire, you will download this software onto your computer for setup.
TECH SETUP REQUIREMENTS:
– You must have access to a headset with a built-in microphone, preferably equipped with a noise-cancellation feature.
– You must have access to a computer for your job with a camera for Zoom meetings.
– You must have internet access.
– Your RAM computer storage must be at least 8GB.
3. JOB DUTIES:
– Main job task will be spent listening to phone call recordings and extracting key information to summarize the call. Time needed may vary. The goal is to complete summary notes within 20-25 minutes for a 10-minute call, as an example.
– Attend weekly virtual Zoom meetings & training seminars.
– Document systems and processes of the administrative role.
– Minimal phone calls for verifying the legitimacy of calls, typically taking 5-10 minutes at most per day.
– Import data accurately from the Excel spreadsheets to an online dialer application.
– Transfer data accurately from the online dialer application and statistical websites into CRM for Acquisitions Managers.
– Prepare purchase agreements and pre-fill paperwork in preparation for seller & buyer signatures.
– Send emails to submit for various paid websites to open support tickets.
– Upload files and photos to Dropbox folders.
– Other miscellaneous administrative tasks & projects delegated from Acquisitions Managers and Lead Virtual Administrative Assistant.
4. WORK HOURS: Night Shift availability required. Specific hours to be discussed with the manager. Maximum of 8 hours per day.
