General administrative tasks with an emphasis on marketing, project management, data entry, calendar management. You be confirming appointments, posting to social media, promoting our company and events.

If you have the following skills, we would love to hear from you:
Overview of tasks and responsibilities
? Send a daily productivity report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
? Make sure agent appointments are up to date. Send / automate appointment reminders and confirm appointments
? Pull daily closings from MLS and create/pull social media content to connect with them. Post to Facebook and LinkedIn per content schedule.
? LinkedIn campaign to connect with agent prospects and engage in conversation.
? Create banners for events. Create events on Eventbrite or Zoom with tickets, confirmations, follow ups. Mail outs on Mailchimp to invite prospects and colleagues to events. Keep track of tickets/attendees on Google Sheets, attend events and compare to attendees. Execute follow up to event attendees using CRM. Make sure attendees are connected on social media, and in appropriate FB friends list.
? Create and execute monthly email newsletter to real estate clients. And maintain client/prospect database with custom searches, anniversaries and birthdays.
? Research things as needed.

Training will be provided on our specific tasks and on an as-needed basis to improve productivity and output.
