We’re seeking an exceptional virtual administrative assistant to schedule calls, do follow-up, social media posting, and help maintain open communication with new and existing clients.

At our agency, we pride ourselves on offering lead generation & follow-up, social media posting, and SEO to our clients. With a commitment to excellence, we’re searching for a dedicated Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for premium service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointment bookings using our digital platform.
Communication: Answer inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels, providing knowledgeable responses about our company, pricing, and policies.
Data Management: Update and maintain records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Social Media posting: Using Facebook Planner, post on clients’ Facebook & Instagram. If needed, create more posts using Canva
Reports & Analysis: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, appointment bookings, feedback, and other relevant metrics and communicate those to clients on weekly calls and emails.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest technologies to better assist clients.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular), Google Suite, Go High Level and knowledge of relevant software (e.g., client management software).
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with the US legal industry is a plus.
