Hello, prospective VA’s I am seeking a part to full time assistant to support me and my small team with certain administrative day to day tasks for my Real Estate Investment Business. We have been in business over 10 years with an amazing culture and work with awesome people on our team. I am excited to find an assistant that can help me free up some of my time to work on other parts of my business and grow with me. The skills needed are experience with: Google Apps, Microsoft Word/Excel, Slack, QuickBooks (preferred), as well as general expertise working online with various websites and applications and searching.
The right individual should speak very good conversational English, interact well with others, be an assertive and motivated self starter, and have a willingness to learn and be trained. Priority will be given to those with experience in working with Real Estate Investment and Property Management. Basic financial accounting and knowledge of finance is required. Use of computers and phone, making calls and doing texts, along with Zoom meetings will be required. We have multiple jobs to be done, so this VA must be willing to learn with us and work towards their own self improvement with our help.
We are looking for someone who desires a long term opportunity. Typical working hours are between 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday US EST. Actual work is probably around 20+ hours a week, though growing, so there is some flexibility in this role which could be a part time or full time position. To be further clear, the workload is based on how things come up daily rather than having specific full time tasks every hour of every day. There are specific daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as well. This position offers growth for pay increases and you will be very well supported with training on all of the duties you will work on.
