We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual and Social Media Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, helping with content creation, and assisting with various other ad-hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media strategies.
Post Creation:
Help with developing compelling and high-quality content for social media posts, maintaining a consistent high-quality voice and style that aligns with the brand.
Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva or Figma, ensuring each post is aesthetically pleasing and effectively communicates our message.
Ad-hoc Support:
Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters, ensuring content is engaging and informative.
Draft and proofread emails to ensure clear and effective communication.
Help with occasional outbound sales outreach on LinkedIn.
Review and provide feedback on presentations and other content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Help with other ad-hoc tasks related to our activities.
Qualifications:
Very good English language knowledge – ability to use it efficiently in content creation, social media management as well as other tasks.
Experience with design tools such as Canva and Figma (or willingness to learn fast).
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and error-free content.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media analytics and tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
Ability to work most of the day during the European hours (9-19:30 CET).
Salary:
Subject to fulfilling our skill requirements salary will start from 400 USD for full-time (if cooperation goes well, then 450 USD after two months with the potential for further growth, bonuses, and additional perks subject to good performance). Salary will depend on your qualifications and other candidates.
