Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated Virtual Appointment Setter to join our team and contribute to the growth of our solar energy business. As a Virtual Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the United States, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our expert solar consultants. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, and you will work closely with our US-based team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners and businesses in the United States to introduce our solar energy solutions.
Educate potential clients on the environmental and cost-saving benefits of solar energy.
Qualify leads based on their interest, energy needs, and eligibility for solar installations.
Schedule appointments for our solar consultants, ensuring alignment with client availability and consultant schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, preferably in the solar energy industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of solar energy effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Availability to work during US business hours.
Requirements:

High-speed and stable internet connection.
Quiet and distraction-free work environment.
A reliable computer or laptop with up-to-date software.
Previous experience working with a US-based company, especially in the solar industry, is a plus.
