Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a Part-Time Virtual Appointment Setter Contractor based in the Philippines. Your principal role will be to schedule appointments with prospective clients, focusing on Canadian companies, for our specialized team of accountants and tax advisors. This is a remote, contractor position with substantial career advancement prospects.

What You’ll Do:
– Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with prospective clients during our operating hours of 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (Winnipeg)
– Manage client interactions through CRM software
– Confirm and reschedule appointments
– Compile lists of actionable tasks and queries for management
– Collaborate with our sales team to optimize lead conversion

Technical Essentials:
– Stable, high-speed internet connection
– High-quality computer and video system
– Professional-grade microphone suitable for outbound calls
– Quiet and professional workspace

Who You Are:
– A motivated self-starter radiating a positive vibe

– Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication with Canadian businesses

Qualifications:
– Experience in a similar position or in customer service is advantageous
– Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud-based communication platforms

Tech Savviness:
– Skilled in Gmail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
– Acquainted with Microsoft Teams and CRM systems

Compensation:
– Starting at $3.00 USD per hour + commission bonus (See below for details)
– Tier-based commission bonus:
– Silver Tier: 20 qualified appointments set for the month, $50 USD bonus per month
– Gold Tier: 35 qualified appointments set for the month, $125 USD bonus per month
– Diamond Tier: 50 qualified appointments set for the month, $250 USD bonus per month

Flexibility:
– This is a part-time contractor role with working hours aligned to 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (Winnipeg)
– Being responsive to team communications is crucial
– We observe most Filipino holidays, excluding All Saints and All Souls Day
