Virtual Appointment Setter for UK Marketing Agency

What we’re looking for:

We’re a UK based marketing agency which runs outbound marketing campaigns (cold email & Linkedin) for a number of UK-based B2B companies (across multiple sectors including Cyber Security, Marketing, Education & Recruitment).

The campaigns we run are highly effective and have high reply rates (Over 10%). We are looking for a virtual appointment setter to monitor all campaign inboxes, send replies and follows up on behalf of our clients to move people from the inbox to the next step in the funnel (typically to book a call, schedule an audit, or complete an online assessment).

For all campaigns, we will provide a bank of example replies and scripts to follow for common questions and objections. We will expect some flexibility in your writing to manage any outside questions from prospective clients.

Your replies and messages should also match the tone of the client you are writing for so excellent writing skills and sales skills will be critical to succeed in this role.

This is a quickly growing arm of our agency and could quite quickly grow into a full time role for the right person.

Responsibilities:

Field basic questions and concerns about the client’s products and services via email and Linkedin DM
Schedule consultations between the prospect and our clients (Using Calendly)
Keep a detailed log of all activity with prospects in our shared CRM
Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
Follow up with prospective clients who were in conversation but have gone quiet

Requirements and skills:

Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent email etiquette and an understanding of how to motivate people to schedule a call
A professional and courteous disposition
Persuasive and results-oriented
Full English proficiency (verbal and written)
A university degree or equivalent is preferred
