Sauna Meester is a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on selling wellness products to both individual and business customers. We offer the best prices to our customers and are on our way to taking over the Dutch and Belgian markets. To continue this expansion, we need a good product lister.

Job Description: We are looking for a Product Lister to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Entering and Managing Product Data:
– Entering product names, descriptions, prices, SKUs, and variants.
– Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information.

Uploading and Managing Images:
– Uploading clear, high-quality images of products.
– Editing images to meet platform requirements.

SEO Optimization:
– Writing SEO-optimized product descriptions.
– Selecting and implementing relevant keywords to improve visibility.

Inventory Management:
– Keeping track of current inventory levels.
– Updating inventory information on product listings.

Price Management:
– Updating prices and entering promotions or discounts.
– Ensuring accurate pricing information to avoid misunderstandings.

Quality Control:
– Checking the accuracy and consistency of product information.
– Correcting any errors or inconsistencies in product listings.

Managing Categories and Tags:
– Placing products in the correct categories.
– Adding relevant tags to improve navigation and search functionality.

Requirements:
– Ability to write clear, attractive, and error-free product descriptions.
– Ability to optimize texts using ChatGPT for search engine optimization.
– Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
– Basic knowledge of Canva and image editing software like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
– Good multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
– Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce sector.
– Knowledge of and experience with online retail and consumer products.
– Creative thinking to make product listings more appealing.
– Problem-solving skills when encountering issues or challenges.
– Understanding of customer needs and behavior to optimize product listings for the best customer experience.
– Focus on customer satisfaction and improving website usability.
