Key Responsibilities:

– LinkedIn Profile Management: Develop and optimize customers’ LinkedIn profiles to enhance their professional visibility and networking capabilities within the IT industry.
– Job Search Assistance: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to search for available job openings that align with customers’ skills and career objectives.
– Email Management: Handle customer inquiries and correspondence efficiently, providing timely responses and managing scheduling requests.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their job search journey.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in LinkedIn profile management and understanding of best practices for professional networking.
– Basic knowledge of the IT field, including common roles, technologies, and industry trends.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
