Job Description

If you have technical expertise with Google Accounts, are familiar with popular social media platforms, and have excellent English communication and writing skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Email Management:
Monitor and manage the company’s email accounts.
Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Filter spam and ensure important emails are addressed in a timely manner.
Draft and send professional emails as needed.
Social Media Management:
Oversee the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create, schedule, and post engaging content.
Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, and respond accordingly.
Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
Scheduling:
Manage and organize calendars for the team.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Coordinate with clients and team members to arrange meetings.
Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure all parties are informed.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance with Google Accounts (e.g., Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Google services and social media platforms.
ChatGPT Experience:
Utilize ChatGPT for drafting emails, creating social media content, and other writing tasks.
Develop and implement effective ChatGPT prompts to enhance productivity and creativity.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
Proficient in using Google Accounts (Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail).
Experienced with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Familiarity with ChatGPT and experience creating effective prompts.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online communication tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Customer service experience is a plus.
