**Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Specialist**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant with expertise in lead generation to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring emails, appointments, social media messages, comments, and engagements. They will also focus on reaching out to niche-specific leads, booking appointments, and maintaining detailed records of activities.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Monitor emails, appointments, social media messages, comments, and engagements.
2. Reach out to 100 niche-specific leads daily to generate interest and opportunities.
3. Book a minimum of 15 appointments per day with qualified leads.
4. Monitor and manage appointments using scheduling tools like Calendly, providing daily updates and reports.
5. Log all activities, including outreach efforts, responses, and appointments booked, in a detailed manner.
6. Create and organize engagement lists using Notion or similar CRM platforms.
7. Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a seamless workflow and alignment with objectives.
8. Provide regular progress reports and insights to optimize lead generation strategies.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on lead generation.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in using email management tools, scheduling software (e.g., Calendly), and CRM platforms (e.g., Notion).
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily quotas and goals.
6. Familiarity with niche-specific markets and lead generation strategies is a plus.
7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
8. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
