– Diary Management: Take charge of diary management for our team, optimizing schedules to maximize productivity and ensure all commitments are met.

– Operational Tasks: Drive our efforts in securing awards, grants, and bids by meticulously managing the application process from start to finish.

– Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to assess the value of assets and identify opportunities for sustainable development projects.

– Project Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between different teams involved in our construction projects, ensuring alignment and smooth execution from inception to completion.

– Due Diligence Support: Provide invaluable support in the due diligence process, analyzing data, identifying potential risks, and contributing to informed decision-making.

Requirements:
