Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative support to the CEO of our organization, assisting with various tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

– Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
– Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately and conflicts are resolved promptly.
– Data Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Generate reports and analyze data when required.
– Project Coordination: Support project management activities, including tracking project progress, coordinating tasks, and following up on deadlines.
– Virtual Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, set up video conference calls, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as necessary.
– Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as requested, which may include personal tasks for the company’s executive.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using virtual communication tools, such as email, video conferencing, and project management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with various online platforms and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.\

Good-to-have: Knowledge of Notion AI
