We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our agency in various administrative tasks, including data cleaning, outreach, and general administrative duties. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain our high standards of service and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Data Cleaning:
Review and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify and rectify any inconsistencies or errors in data.
Maintain organised records and databases.
Outreach:
Assist in researching and identifying potential clients or partners.
Conduct outreach via email or other communication channels.
Keep track of outreach efforts and responses in a systematic manner.
Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising files.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming emails and communications, responding appropriately or directing them to the relevant team member.
Communication Channels:
WhatsApp and Slack: Effective communication and collaboration are essential to our team’s success. You will be expected to actively engage with team members and clients through WhatsApp and Slack. Prompt and clear communication is crucial in ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a virtual assistant or similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in using Google Office software such as Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a conversational level.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with data cleaning tools or techniques is a plus.
Comfortable working in a remote and collaborative team environment.
