Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant at Property Webmasters Limited, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our internal teams including Marketing, Design, Projects, and Sales. You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to marketing, project management, design, and database/CRM management.
Key Responsibilities may include dependent on skills and experience:
Marketing Tasks:
– Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content.
– Conduct market research to identify potential leads or client prospects.
– Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and analyze their performance.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize digital advertising strategies.
Project Tasks:
– Coordinate project schedules and assist in project planning.
– Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting.
– Assist in liaising with clients to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
Design Tasks:
– Create basic graphic designs for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
– Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.
Database/CRM Tasks:
– Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
– Assist in organizing and maintaining client information and project data.
Additional Responsibilities:
– Respond to inquiries via email or phone professionally and efficiently.
– Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with team members across different departments.
– Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and basic graphic design tools.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Hours:
The Virtual Assistant will work UK hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
