What We Expect
Professionalism: Represent SL Cleaners with high professionalism in all interactions.
Effective Communication: Conduct 45-60 calls per hour to potential business clients, showcasing our exceptional cleaning services.
Appointment Setting: Secure appointments with business owners for in-person estimates, ensuring genuine interest and avoiding forced appointments.
Goal-oriented: Work diligently to meet and exceed daily targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
Reliability: Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure appointments are honored and potential leads are nurtured.
Daily Goals and Tasks
Client Outreach: Conduct 45-60 calls per hour to potential business clients within our time zone (USA).
Appointment Setting: Schedule genuine appointments with business owners for in-person estimates.
Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up communication to confirm appointments and address any questions.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review performance metrics to meet and exceed daily and weekly targets.
Compensation:
3 dollars per hour + plus a $50 commission for every deal we close.
Schedule:
Work 5 hours per day Tuesday to Thursday between the hours of 11:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Philippines Time).
Interviews will be conducted between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM (Philippines Time).
