Clo Bare, LLC — a financial literacy and online marketing company is hiring!
We are looking for a part-time, with the potential for full-time, experienced VA who is interested in learning and growing their online marketing + virtual assistant skills.
You can Google my website at Clo Bare. My business model is based on live webinar presentations which sells my online course. Experience working with online coaches and courses is a HUGE PLUS.
You must have ALL the following qualifications:
-Great command of the English language (speaking & writing)
-Previous VA experience (at least 2 years)
-Very organized and good attention to detail
-Willing to learn new things + tech tools quickly
-Reliable internet connection and personal laptop at home (with a quiet and dedicated workspace at home)
-Team player who is proactive, flexible and looking to learn and grow their skills
-Excellent time management skills (will require time tracking tool)
Experience with these tech tools is REQUIRED (the more tools you know, the higher your chances of being selected for the role). I have detailed videos and checklists showing you step-by-step how to complete these tasks. you will receive on-the-job training, but it’s important you have some basic knowledge of these tools.

-Kajabi: landing page creation, email autoresponder, set up broadcasts and update email sequences, landing pages, funnel updates
-Zoom- set up appointments with zoom link
-GSuite– manage emails on Gmail, make appointments on Google Calendar with zoom link, manage Google drive files, Google sheet file updates
-LastPass– use for password and access management
-Trello– project management tool
-Canva– graphic design, create and update worksheets using existing templates
-Kajabi Community– help with admin questions, send out coaching call access information
-Social Media– basic knowledge of Facebook, instagram and youtube, help with reposting
-Basic data tracking– we’ll have this role keeping track of simple data collection from our Facebook Ads
**Bonus skill** Basic knowledge of Facebook ads manager to assist with data tracking.
**Bonus Skill** Repurpose Marketing Content – turn my original video content into mini blog posts and use templates on canva to re-post/share the content across social media channels like instagram, pinterest, facebook, youtube.
There are other more advanced tools that I will train you on but if you have any basic knowledge with things like zapier, manychat, WordPress – let me know.

I live in California so I need someone willing to start at 7am (Philippine time) so that we have some overlap in our schedule.
Your schedule is flexible and we will arrange a schedule that works best for the position.

SALARY & BENEFITS: $1000-$1200 USD per month – negotiable – based on your experience. Once full time, you can also earn quarterly performance bonuses on top of your monthly salary. Also once full time, you will get benefits like sick pay and holiday leave.

This position is available to start ASAP. We will conduct interviews the last week of January, on camera, via zoom.
There will be a 30-day trial period as part-time. After 30 days, if it’s a good fit for both us, you will become full-time.
