Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Pay: $2-$4/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Duration: 3-month contract, with evaluation for long-term employment after 3 months

Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will support a music artist and entrepreneur in building her digital marketing agency. Your main responsibilities for her music career will include managing day-to-day operations of social media, emails, and other tasks to ensure the best experience for her listeners. To support her digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for finding potential leads, managing communications with clients, writing blog articles, and other tasks as needed to support the digital marketing agency.

This is a 3-month contract with paid training and onboarding time included. You will receive step-by-step instructions, video demonstrations, and knowledge checks to ensure understanding of each task before moving on to new ones. No prior experience is required, but quick learning and excellent communication skills are a must.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently, and interested in the music, entertainment, and marketing industries. Long-term opportunities will be considered based on performance after 3 months. Additional benefits for the long-term position will be outlined in the Perks section below.

Tools Used:
Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
– social media scheduling
Drip – email marketing software
Motion – calendar scheduling software
AI tools such as Jasper and AI Chatbot to write emails and other content.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
-Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
-Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
-Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to quickly learn new tasks with clear instructions.
-Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.
-Familiarity with calendar and email management software, as well as social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
-Ability to work independently and suggest process improvements and solve problems.
-Willingness to work flexible hours and adjust to time zone differences between the Philippines and the United States.
-Experience with Google Workspace, Motion, Jasper, Open AI Chat and Facebook Business Manager tools is a plus.
-Understanding of the music industry and marketing is a plus.
