Being a critical thinker and self-driven leader is essential in this role as you will need to adapt based on the needs of our clients.

–Duties & Responsibilities–

– Provide executive support to the Founder & CEO including managing demanding schedules, diary management and meeting coordination and monitoring correspondence
– Provide timely and quality high level support for our CRM
– Provide timely and quality high level administrative support to the team & clients
– Provide meeting and event support to the team, organise client meetings and functions
-Provide support over back-end Client management tools and tracking software
-Prepare Social media marketing material in line with founders expectations
-Provide oversight to inbound leadgen pipelines and team
-Provide support over back-end Client management tools and tracking software

–Skills & Experience required–

-Willingness to adapt as the situation requires it
-Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate several priorities at a time
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Creative and goal-oriented thinking
-The ability to communicate professionally and effectively
-The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
-Previous experience with Adobe creative suite desired but not essential
-Previous experience with Monday desired but not essential
-Enthusiasm and interest in engaging in consultation with creatives across the world
