We are looking for a dynamic and driven Virtual Assistant with sales and management experience to join our team and support the Director in managing properties and growing the business.
As a Property VA, you will be responsible for various tasks including property and tenant management, lead generation and sales activities across the business, and managing social media accounts.
Work Schedule: The role advertised is for [40 hours per week, Monday – Saturday with
flexible hours that must be worked across the hours of 8 am – 6 pm] (UK time).
Salary: Up to [£3.25/hour plus commission depending on experience.]
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
? Generate and manage a pipeline of property leads through on and offline
sources, and nurture of warm leads
? Research and find properties across a variety of online portals and Direct To Vendor methods
? Test and evaluate the success of new marketing campaigns and techniques
? Be an ambassador of the brand and promote the company and its services
Property & Tenant Management:
? Create and manage online tenant adverts
? Reply and record all new online tenant enquiries
? Book and conduct viewings (to include evenings and weekends as required)
? Manage the whole tenant sign-up process
? Process tenant deposits and issue supporting paperwork as necessary
? Draft new tenancy agreements
? Deal with customer enquiries effectively
? Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations at all times
? Organise and oversee the management of property inspections and inventories
? Chase tenant arrears
? Attend to any other aspects of property management as required
? Manage and ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved in a timely & cost-effective manner
? Ensure all properties are compliant with the required certificates
Business Management & Support
? Answer all incoming communications (internal and external)
? Deal with customer enquiries effectively
? Support the senior management team and colleagues in all aspects of business development
? Use initiative and contribute to all business development processes
? Develop and create organisational procedures and manuals
? Prepare operational reports and present them to the directors

Training:
This role comes with thorough training, support, and coaching to enable the successful candidate to succeed in the role and develop their skills for the future, including:
? Company induction programme
? Weekly support and guidance meetings with Director for the first 6 weeks
? Monthly 1:1 support and mentoring sessions with Director
? Peer support programme: the successful candidate will have a buddy within the team who will support them throughout the placement
