Social Media Manger Job Listing

Wayzie Media is a Real Estate Media Company based out of St Catharines Ontario, Canada. I am looking to hire a social media manger to oversee client acquisition, social media posting, along with conducting quality control and delivery of all media to clients.

The pay will be $5/hour to start
The hours will be 15/week with potential of more
Days worked will be Tuesday – Saturday

Client acquisition is conducted through Instagram, and we are looking for someone to help us reach out to more clients and follow up with our current clients. Along with conducting quality control of all media shot the day prior and delivering all the projects in a timely manner. The day-to-day duties will consist of the following:

– Utilizing Instagram search functions to find potential clients
– Implementing engagement strategies to gain warm leads on Instagram
– Sending messages and responding to current and potential clients about our services
– Conducting quality control of projects to deliver to clients in a timely manner
– Slight photo editing (Object removal, fixing verticals) when required
– Using software to smoothly deliver projects to our clients
– Creating posts and captions to gain company awareness on Instagram

Many of the aspects of our client outreach consist of sending messages and engaging with clients that both require the writing, and responding to unique messages pertaining to very specific content. Both the Instagram outreach and delivery of media consists of high attention to detail as these are an incredibly important part to the Wayzie Media company. As such, we are looking for the following skills:

– Sufficient English to read, understand and create very important messages for agents
– The ability to answer questions as agents respond to outreach
– Editing skills for quick fixes of media (Access to both Canva and photoshop)
– Able to complete object removal, straightening of photos and other duties as required
– Being PUNCTUAL, HONEST and high attention to detail is incredibly important

As Wayzie Media continues to expand and grow we plan to further automate plenty other aspects of the business. Therefore, there will be plenty of potential for growth and promotions as more opportunities arise.
