Responsibilities:
Lead Organization: Manage and organize leads pulled from Real Estate Software Companies.
Email Management: Organize email folders based on lead categories and types of distress.
Skip Tracing: Perform skip tracing on leads to gather contact information.
Data Management: Upload leads to platforms like CallRail.
Cold Calling: Make cold calls to generate warm leads from potential home sellers.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with all existing leads.
Adaptability: Handle additional tasks as they arise with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Qualifications:
Eagerness to Learn: Strong willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
Customer Service/Real Estate VA Experience: Previous experience is a plus but not required.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and organize data efficiently.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various online tools and platforms.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing and updating records.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected tasks and challenges effectively.
Listening Skills: Excellent listener who can follow instructions accurately.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time Hours: 4 hours a day, 20-30 hours per week.
U.S. Hours: Availability to work during U.S. business hours is required for better collaboration and communication.
Compensation:
Monthly Salary: 8,100 PHP – 10,800 PHP per month (150-200 USD).
