**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Social Media Management:**
– Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms.
– Create engaging content and graphics to enhance our online presence.
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
– Analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven adjustments.

– **Writing Prompts and Contracts:**
– Draft, review, and edit various types of documents including prompts, contracts, and agreements.
– Ensure all written materials are clear, concise, and professional.

– **Event Networking:**
– Research and identify events and opportunities for networking relevant to our business.
– Schedule and coordinate attendance at networking events.
– Follow up with contacts made at events to foster relationships and partnerships.

– **Volunteer Work Coordination:**
– Identify and organize volunteer opportunities that align with our company values.
– Coordinate and manage volunteer schedules and activities.
– Maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations and community groups.

– **Advertising:**
– Develop advertising campaigns to promote our services and products.
– Create compelling ad copy and visuals.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure ROI.

– **Team Recruitment and Management:**
– Assist in the recruitment process for new team members.
– Onboard and train new hires.
– Manage and coordinate the efforts of the team to ensure productivity and cohesion.

– **Follow-up Reminders:**
– Regularly remind the employer to reach out to contacts, clients, and partners.
– Keep track of important follow-ups and deadlines.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
– Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
– Ability to draft clear and professional documents.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
– Experience in event planning and volunteer coordination is a plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
