Virtual Assistant (beginning at 4 hrs/day)
We are searching for a spirited, energetic, and capable team member to join our growing practice as our Founder & CEO’s Virtual Assistant. This person will be responsible for a variety of recurring administrative, social media and communication tasks as described below. Most importantly, we seek someone with whom we can create a common workplace culture of self-care and high-quality service to our clients and our people.
Our firm has enjoyed steady growth since its inception, a trend that we expect to continue. As such, the ideal candidate has both the capacity and desire to grow with us and expand their role. This hire will begin their journey with us as a virtual assistant, but we would love to help them grow in their career over the coming years.
Please note that this position will start with a 3-month onboarding period at $5/hr USD and is expected to increase to $6/hr USD, assuming strong performance and team fit.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
• Proficiency in managing schedules, including time tracking and meeting preparation.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in gathering and organizing information from various team members.
• Willingness to grow with us and become an integral member of our team.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and consistency.
• Experience with LinkedIn, including messaging and posting.
• Trustworthy, dependable, easy and fun to work with.
• Reliable technology for teleworking.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with project management tools and applications.
• Ability to manage job applications on platforms such as Upwork.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to keep them updated.
• Strong research skills for gathering and presenting relevant information.
Bonus Skills:
• QuickBooks bookkeeping.
• Financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
