**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Administrative Support:** Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
– **Communication:** Handle email correspondence, draft letters and documents, and manage social media accounts.
– **Project Management:** Assist with the planning and execution of projects, including research, data analysis, and follow-up tasks.
– **Personal Assistance:** Help with personal tasks such as travel arrangements, event planning, and household management.
– **Task Coordination:** Coordinate with other team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
– **Document Management:** Maintain and organize digital files and records.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
– Familiarity with project management tools and social media platforms.
