VA Job Description

Role Title: Virtual Assistant?Reports to: Community Leader & Founder?Role Type: part-time with transition to full-time

Role Summary Description:
The Virtual Assistant’s primary responsibility is supporting the founder with administrative tasks such as creative marketing – through repurposing pre-recorded video content created by the founder & creating highly consumable content for social media & email. They will also be responsible for email marketing, utilising a branded newsletter & updating it with engaging & relevant content to the business each week. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, know how to use AI , Convertkit & Instagram. They will have a good knowledge of converting copy such as highly clickable hooks, captions & CTA’s. They can use their own initiative & have a creative flair with an excellent knowledge of social media & engaging content creation. They are energetic, positive and have very good communication skills.

Areas of Responsibility Main Role
? Regular engagement with founder for pressing administrative tasks such as zoom scheduling, calendar scheduling, content repurposing, content calendar creation, newsletter creation
? Lead magnet creation from video content stored & creation of social media content signposting this
? Collect, organize, and recommend customer stories to be leveraged in communities, marketing, podcasts, and more
? Create email sequences for new leads & for onboarding current members?? Protect and amplify our community’s unique culture through the use of our brand voice in content?? Setting up basic technical requirements for communities such as Calendly, Zapier and Zoom meetings.
? Take control of other social media platforms such as Facebook & TikTok where the founder is not active

Areas of Responsibility Desirable
? Knowledge of podcast editing
? Knowledge of Converting Sales Page layouts
? Knowledge of setting up Manychat Flows

Prior Work Experience and Education Required:
? Must have experience using the social platform Instagram aswell as Facebook & TikTok desirable.
? Must have prior experience working directly with people in a customer support role.
? Prior experience working virtually preferred.
? Prior experience with software tools such as Convertkit, Zoom, Zapier, Calendly, Trello…
? Prior experience using CMS tools preferable

Requirement

This job role will be subject to a screened test where 3 typical tasks will be required to be completed by the interested applicants. This will of course be paid work & is being undertaken as a method of understanding a persons competence & speed for the required tasks.
