I am a people first leader, with over 20+ years in leadership, business, production, tech and community advocacy. I lead by example. Therefore, you will be in well capable hands in training. I like to be challenged, think creatively, strategically and competitively. The ideal candidate will help setup and automate all processes with me for data entry, email sorting, calendar scheduling, task notifications and social media postings (prep only brand colors to be posted- no posting needed as of yet ) .

Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, technology minded with strong ability to influence and exhibit trust. Ability to collaborate with me and offer strong ideas and suggestions. You are my second set of eyes! You master attention to detail and time management! You challenge yourself creatively and move with excellence at all times. You know how to calibrate your moves accordingly. You stop and ask questions when necessary, but you also have the ability to assess risk and move independently when necessary also. Some tools that will be used are CRM- EngageBay, RingCentral- phone system, WordPress- website (being developed now), Stripe and QuickBooks online.

Do not be intimidated by any of these tools and apps. This is a startup the goal is to setup systems correctly and efficiently now. We haven’t launched officially as of yet, so the goal is to work together to setup and automate what we can while the site is being developed. If you are a quick learner, trainable and grasp concepts fairly easy your previous skills with other tools and apps will allow you to adapt and transform to these.

You will take high priority in educating yourself and our future team on these tools, processes and the practicalities of using them because you will understand how this helps you, them and the company as a whole. as well. My goal for you, myself and our company is to not be fighting fires in all directions, and in all workflows within the company. It is a must to have a keen eye for things that disorganize workflows, such as missed deadlines, overlooked tasks, inconsistent communications, bottlenecks, difficulty in tracking progress and unnecessary do not need to be a masterfully skilled in all areas, or a ton of experience these are nice to have skills, knowledge of operations / project management, content creation, social media management, automations/campaigns and funnels are a plus! Potential for promotion.
