Are you THE ONE? Looking for an Awesome Personal Assistant to support an Awesome Leader šŸ™‚
Seeking a proactive and meticulous Virtual Assistant to enhance my social media presence and significantly boost the number of downloads for my podcast. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
_Hereā€™s a short intro_
I am an author, podcast host, leadership Coach, trusted advisor to my clients, and Partner at a boutique organizational development firm. I have lived and worked in the US, Singapore and am currently located in India.
I am in the B2B space where I interact with clients, deliver the content and continue to create a positive impact.
_Who you will be working with_
*As I do a lot of big picture work, I am looking for someone who can understand my work, is meticulous and organized, able to do the assigned work quickly, and is well disciplined to complete the tasks on hand. I need someone who can suggest ideas to systemize the work/tasks.
*I trust you to manage your time effectively. Iā€™ll provide the tasks and deadlines, and I expect you to plan accordingly to ensure everything is completed on time.
*I am looking for you to work on the following time schedule, which is in alignment with my own timing as well:
Monday to Friday: 10 am to 2 pm (including a 30-minute break) – India Standard Time
Saturday and Sunday: OFF Days
*I am happy to coordinate with you for public holidays, based on your location and Indian holidays.
*Please Note: Working hours are negotiable as long as you fulfil 20 hours per week. Or rather, as long as tasks on hand are complete and when I need a response during the working hours, I want to be able to hear from you quickly. Just make sure when you commit the working hours to me for the week, you do not go missing and uncontactable. If this is not going to be possible for you, please donā€™t apply.
**If I need you to work outside of working hours, I will compensate you with time off
**If you need to take leave or time off during working hours, just need to inform in advance and we can plan around it.
_How life is gonna look like for you_
*You’ll be working remotely a 100% of the time.
*Youā€™ll be working very closely with me. Iā€™m looking for someone who has ideas too, not just someone who follows instructions blindly and has no initiative or ideas to do things better. You must also be willing to adapt according to the situation.
*I encourage you to address challenges as soon as they arise, rather than staying silent and risking issues escalating. Also, if you have ideas on how things can be better, you should suggest that, and we can discuss them further.
*You must also be open to learning because there will be new things that we will be doing, for which you will have to learn new skills.

_Your Responsibilities_
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
2. Schedule and coordinate regular podcast postings, ensuring each episode is effectively promoted through various social media channels.
3. Creating simple graphics on Canva
4. Strategize and execute various ways to use content ā€“ repurpose content
5. Review old videos/ interview recordings and suggest clips for YouTube
6. Monitor analytics to track social media engagement and podcast download trends, providing regular reports on growth and areas for improvement
7. Researching latest articles in the area of Resilience, learning and development, organizational development, digital learning, artificial intelligence and its impact on learning
8. Updating my personal website, and ensuring it stays relevant
9. Collaborate with content creators and guests to coordinate promotional activities and leverage their networks
10. Helping to create systems and documenting processes so that things are organized and easy to execute
And other projects that may come up!

_Key Requirements:_
Below is our ideal list. If you meet all of these, great ā€“ please let me know! If not,
thatā€™s all right, too. Please tell me which ones you do meet, and which ones would require training.
1. Able to communicate and write in English. Must be very good with the language
2. Must have a good computer with a web camera and very good/strong internet speed connection as you will need to connect / communicate through Zoom meetups with me
3. Proficiency with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite
4. Must be very good with Word, PowerPoint etc.
5. Accurate. You have an ā€œeagle-eyeā€ and a strong attention to detail.
6. Highly organized (you will likely be a ā€œlist makerā€) ā€“ someone who stays aware of and on top of all tasks that need to be done and can prioritize them appropriately (or ask us which projects are most important to make sure you are working on the most important things first).
7. Experienced in website management (WordPress knowledge is a plus).
8. Proven experience in managing social media accounts and online content
9. Independent (Someone who has initiative & discipline to do the work and not chased for work to be done)
10. Trustworthy (Sometimes, work may involve client-related stuff and information shared by clients is confidential, hence youā€™ll need to be able to hold that confidence and not share that information)
_This will be a performance-based role. Your goals will be to:_
1. Increase Instagram followers by 20% within the first six months
2. Boost podcast downloads by 25% quarter-over-quarter
3. Improve average likes and comments per post by 30?ross all platforms within the first three months
4. Expand LinkedIn network by adding 200 industry-relevant followers within four months
