Key Responsibilities:
Processing Expenses: Manage and organise financial documents such as receipts and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Prepare expense reports and collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile discrepancies.
Calendar Management & Booking Meetings: Maintain an organised schedule for the CEO, arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal time management.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on enterprise clients. Conduct market research and prospect through various channels to generate valuable leads in alignment with our business objectives.
Compliance Documentation: Assist in managing and preparing compliance documentation related to SOC2, ISO27001, and Australian HR laws and regulations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our operations and procedures meet the highest standards of compliance and security.
Qualifications:
1 – Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2- Proficiency in office management systems and software (we use Google Workspace).
3 -Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
4 – Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5 – Experience with lead generation and a basic understanding of sales processes.
6 – Knowledgeable in handling compliance documentation and familiar with SOC2, ISO27001, and Australian HR compliance requirements.
7 – Ability to work independently, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
Work Hours:
This is a full-time remote position requiring a commitment of 40+ hours per week. Flexibility regarding work hours is expected to accommodate different time zones and peak work periods.
