We are seeking a dedicated and competent Virtual Assistant to join our Credit Repair/ Consulting Business. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team while working remotely. Your primary task would involve managing communication with clients, scheduling appointments, and assisting with daily administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing and maintaining company databases, ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate.
2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, or instant messaging, answering queries, providing information, and helping resolve issues promptly and professionally.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and conference calls.
4. Assist with preparation of the reports and presentations.

6. Conduct research as needed and provide insights to improve our credit repair services.
7. Coordinate with the sales team to create Marketing materials and manage website content.
8. Handle financial tasks such as invoicing and expense reporting.
9. Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role in administration.
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

8. Self-motivated and able to identify task that need to be completed.
9. Knowledge of the credit repair industry is a plus.
