#### Job Summary
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of research and administrative tasks for both personal and business needs. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

#### Key Responsibilities
**Business Research:**
– Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
– Gather data on competitors, potential clients, and industry developments.
– Compile and present research findings in an organized manner.

**Personal Research:**
– Find and recommend solutions for everyday household needs.
– Research and plan family activities, vacations, and events.
– Locate and evaluate service providers (e.g., tutors, healthcare professionals).

**Administrative Support:**
– Manage and organize calendars for personal and business appointments.
– Handle email correspondence, prioritizing and responding as needed.
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.

**Task Management:**
– Create and maintain task lists for both personal and business projects.
– Ensure timely follow-up on various tasks and commitments.

**Communication:**
– Act as a liaison between the business owner and various stakeholders.
– Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.

#### Qualifications
– **Experience:**
– Proven 2-5 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
– Strong background in research and administrative support.

**Skills:**
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva and ClickUp
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
