Job Description:
We seek a highly organized and dynamic Virtual Assistant to join our team at Shady Cliff Resort. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our resort activities from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Handle day-to-day financial tasks using QuickBooks, including but not limited to monitoring expenditures and managing accounts.
This includes proficient, timely, and regular interaction with Shady Cliff Resort’s CPA (Certified Public Accountant) to maintain accountability for reports and tax liabilities/payments.
Bill Payments: Efficiently manage and ensure timely payment of all resort bills.
Booking and Reservation Management: Utilize Lodgify to manage rental calendars and oversee reservations for the lodge. Utilize the TouchBistro POS (Point of Sale) System to manage calendars and oversee reservations for the restaurant.
Reporting: Pull and organize reports from various platforms to assist in decision-making and operational assessments.
Customer Service: To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, handle inquiries related to our event center and aquatic rentals, take to-go orders, take lodge reservations, and assist with any other guest-related queries.
Scheduling: Manage scheduling for all employees, including tracking time off requests and ensuring compliance with our staffing policies.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Lodgify, TouchBistro POS, or similar software is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
